cruise and travel sectors. Through hands-on engagement with digital platforms,
mobile applications, global reservation systems, and web content management
tools, students will learn how information technology is integrated into core
business functions—such as human resource management, marketing, sales,
customer relationship management, and security systems. The course further
equips students with practical experience in creating and enhancing travel
websites, incorporating AI-powered chatbots for customer interaction, and
leveraging data-driven decision-making tools to improve user experience and
