INTERNATIONAL BANKING CT6 B2-605 1/2025

The course focuses on providing students with an understanding of international banking institutions’ operating environments and how to manage them to create shareholder value on a sustainable basis.

This course also addresses the organization of international banking financial operations; correspondent banking relationships; foreign lending. We will be also referring to Basel Capital Accords, which provide the regulatory framework, supervision and regulation for internationally active banks and other issue related to bank crashes and money laundering. Another objective of the course is to give students the tools to understand problems and challenges that International bank managers face in an international setting and to tackle with these problems.

This course constitutes part of Banking major, and pre-requisites for International Banking Management on Post-graduate banking.
