Học phần “Tổ chức công tác kế toán trong môi trường công nghệ thông tin” cung cấp cho người học các kiến thức cơ bản để đạt được sự thành công trong dự án tổ chức công tác kế toán cho doanh nghiệp trong môi trường ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin (CNTT). Đầu tiên, các kiến thức về mục tiêu, yêu cầu và nhân tố chi phối tổ chức công tác kế toán doanh nghiệp trong môi trường ứng dụng CNTT được giới thiệu.

Môn học này cũng trình bày quy trình và cách thức tổ chức công tác kế toán doanh nghiệp, bao gồm: xác định các yêu cầu thông tin kế toán, tổ chức các đối tượng kế toán và đối tượng quản lý chi tiết, xây dựng hệ thống chứng từ và quy trình lập luân chuyển chứng từ, tổ chức vận dụng hệ thống tài khoản kế toán, tổ chức hệ thống báo cáo kế toán, xây dựng cơ cấu bộ máy kế toán và lựa chọn, đánh giá phần mềm kế toán. Bên cạnh đó, môn học hướng dẫn cách thức áp dụng kiến thức về tổ chức công tác kế toán doanh nghiệp vào thực tế.

Chúng tôi thiết kế môn học này nhằm gắn liền các tri thức cần thiết trong thực hành nghề nghiệp kế toán với thực tế bằng các nội dung hướng dẫn sử dụng phần mềm kế toán theo định hướng mô phỏng kế toán. Người học sẽ được tiếp cận với cách thức cài đặt, khai báo ban đầu và vận hành, nhập liệu, xử lý nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh, đồng thời có thể khai thác các thông tin trên phần mềm kế toán

The module " Enterprise accounting Organization in the IT environment" provides learners with basic knowledge to achieve success in the project of organizing accounting work for businesses in the information technology (IT) application environment. First, the knowledge of the objectives, requirements and factors that govern the organization of corporate accounting in the IT application environment is introduced.

This course also presents the process and method of organizing corporate accounting, including: identifying accounting information requirements, organizing accounting objects and detailed management objects, building a document system and document circulation process, etc organize the application of the accounting account system, organize the accounting reporting system, build the structure of the accounting apparatus and select and evaluate accounting software. In addition, the subject guides how to apply knowledge about the organization of corporate accounting in practice.

We designed this course to associate the necessary knowledge in accounting practice with reality with the content of instructions for using accounting software in the direction of accounting simulation. Learners will have access to how to install, declare and operate, enter data, handle arising economic operations, and be able to exploit information on accounting software.
