The course is designed with the objective of helping students to refine their listening and speaking skills. It focuses on a range of subjects including Nutritional Science, Education, Anthropology, and Engineering. Alongside this, students also cultivate essential critical thinking abilities and are inspired to engage in intellectual pursuits that contribute to their language acquisition journey. More specifically, the course equips students with the ability to recognize bias within presentations and to evaluate information. Additionally, students will also participate in debates and learn how to work together to make group decisions. This course enables students to progress to advanced Listening-Speaking courses with a focus on business-related contexts.
