This course provides knowledge and skills to students about technology, technology management in organizations. Technology governance is an important task and must be done through many steps. From assessment, forecasting, selection to the transfer of new technology...etc, all must be done carefully, especially in the context of countries, organizations with low technology capacity, the technological environment is still limited.
