The Business Planning course is designed and introduced to students of
the School of Management. The course logically combines business management
knowledge such as marketing, finance, human resources and operations to form a
plan, showing all business detailed objectives, budgets, results, and
activities in the planning period. In addition, this course also systematizes
knowledge of specialized business management. It supports the students in
developing critical thinking skills, communication skills in writing, and
especially, in creating a combination of theories and practices of management.
