Please note that your LMS interface might be slightly different,

but the main components should remain the same.

For the best user experience, it is highly recommended

Creating a password is optional

This password is only needed when you want to

directly access Pearson outside your school LMS.

You can access Pearson MyLab from your school

LMS without entering any password.

Customer support agent sometimes might ask you to provide Course Diagnostics to solve

some certain issues.

This is where you can download and share it with them:

•Access your course from Moodle -> Click the icon “…”

•Select ‘Title information’

•Select ‘Run Diagnostics’

•Click the icon to copy the file -> Paste and save it in a document file
